Leadership
The Space Cookies encourage and empower girls to take on leadership roles. To our team, leadership means taking on challenges, communicating effectively, and being responsible to the team. Leadership is an important aspect of FIRST robotics, as well as a valuable life skill. Space Cookie members have the opportunity to be leaders in every field of interest, including programming, engineering, graphic design, and business. We elect 4 captains and 15 directors each year.
